JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented
handling administrative tasks and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning
Sales Admin Intern to support our Business Development team. This role involves
f the team and effective management of key accounts.
Principal Accountabilities
Document
Management:
§
Organize
and maintain sales- related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
§
Prepare
and manage necessary paperwork for new and existing accounts.
§
Ensure
accurate and up- to- date records are maintained in the company&039;s CRM system.
Operational
Support:
§
Assist
in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
§
with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to support sales

REQUIREMENTS

Interest in the beautyindustry is a plus.
Flexible work schedule (Prefer Full time in 4- 6 months)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Field of study relating to Business Administration, Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
