We are looking for a proactive and passionate Social Media Researcher to join our dynamic team. If you are excited about social media trends, data analysis, and providing strategic insights to drive business outcomes, we’d love to meet you!
Social Media Researcher is responsible for the execution, managing and delivery through quality servicing and day- to- day administration of client service, coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects, with guidance from senior level, contributing to the team success.
As a Social Media Researcher, you’ll turn real- time conversations and behavioral data into sharp, strategic insights that drive brand growth. You’ll analyze trends, audience behavior, and platform performance to uncover what matters most—helping clients lead, not follow. Partnering with cross- functional teams, you’ll shape research, spot opportunities, and deliver insights that elevate campaigns and strengthen brand impact

JOB DESCRIPTION
Data analysis & reporting (70%)Assist Line manage on conducting syndicated research for internal & external team
Assist Line manage on updating social media hot topic/trend for internal team and client. Propose the meaningful insight from hot topic/trend for client with supervision of Line Manager
Assist Line manager to execute customized marketing research studies by compiling, analyze study results to actionable reports, data- based conclusions and recommendations in a concise and presentations
Project management (25%)
Follow internal project to smoothly work with internal team and other stakeholders to make sure well- delivered project with high quality & on time with the supervision of Line Manager
Client Servicing (5%)
Get feedback from client for each project and report with Line Manager for improvement
Assist Line manager to engage with clients and providing consultancy on ad- hoc analyses
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to understand market research results and use these results along with in- market data to pull together a story
1 year experience in marketing field
Good data visualization & preparation skills
Have an experience in social listening is an advantage
Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field
Knowledge of basic statistics is an advantage
Previous market research exposure is an advantage
Be able to communicate effectively in English
Ability to manage personal workload and to meet aggressive deadlines
Able to work effectively in a team and independently
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint). Proficient in SPSS is an advantage
Trend catching
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to clearly pull together a story that will resonate with the client
