JOB DESCRIPTION
System Implementation
Install, configure, and customize Opera PMS system
Perform system testing and validation
Implement Oracle Opera PMS for hotel clients
Prepare system configuration based on hotel operational requirements
Client Support and Training
Support hotel during system go- live
Provide system training to hotel users including:- Front Office- Sale/Reservations- Finance- Revenue Management- HK- IT..
Provide post go- live support and troubleshooting
Project Coordination
Work with internal project team and hotel stakeholders
Support system integration when required
Ensure project timeline and deliverables are completed
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, IT Certs or related field
Experience
Strong preference for candidates with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud experience
Minimum 2 years experience in PMS implementation
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Networking
XML and Interface knowledge is an advantage
Oracle Database
Windows Server
HOSPITALITY KNOWLEDGE (ADVANTAGE)
Experience in hotel operations such as:• Front Office• Night Audit• Reservations• Revenue/Channel Manager• Hotel IT
SOFT SKILLS
Ability to work independently
Ability to travel for project deployment
Customer- focused mindset
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Good English communication skills
