Other relevant tasks will be assigned by the line manager.
Training, coaching and building the team, provide them clear directions and mentorship for both technical skills and soft skills
Research and frequently update new trends on digital, propose adaptation plan accordingly
Oversee and manage all campaign performance on digital media channels, including Facebook, Google, Tiktok and other channels. Providing hands- on support, instruction, and supervision as needed
Work with the Account team to develop digital performance plans, pitching proposals, hands- on negotiation and communication with suppliers/ clients/ partners is included.
Quality control for all outputs delivered to the clients and responsible for team&039;s KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPIs (CPO, ROI, ROAS, CIR ...)
Lead a team (3- 5 people) to provide the best performance to our clients.
Building operating procedures, training for the digital team as well as sharing media knowledge to other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong problem solver, quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers;
At least 2- year experience in digital marketing team or digital agency background;
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English;
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong experience in project management & managing people;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and superior time management and organizational skills.
Big interest in digital marketing, willing to create, do something new, and stay ahead of market trends. Be willing to try, fail, and learn from mistakes;

Follow up with the admin and finance team on payment, including raising e- PR, PO, payment request signing, document submission and invoice collecting;

Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
Work with internal teams to uncover insights and provide creative inputs.
Collaborate with team members to develop advertising campaigns that meet the client’s brief and budget.

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) plays a key role in business pitches and is responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients.
Prepare reports reflecting project progress, including risks, benefits, and KPI achievements, to the Account Manager/Leader and clients.
Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients alongside agency colleagues (particularly the Account Manager).
Work directly with the Account Manager and clients to take briefs, prepare proposals, and present them to the Manager and clients.
Manage accounts and accomplish assignments efficiently, including campaign performance analysis, media planning, and contract preparation.
Ensure effective communication flow between all stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree.

Act as the main point of contact between client & agency to take the role of supporting and consulting. Understand client vertical knowledge and product and marketing;
Assist in managing client expectations to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables;

REQUIREMENTS
Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time, detail- oriented and good command of ownership;
Good command of English speaking and writing skills. Ability to present professionally in English is a big plus;
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field;
Negotiation and consultative sales skills is a big plus.
