JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties andresponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Advise clients issues and concerns relating toC&B policies and practices.
Assist clients in personal income taxregistration, claims, finalization, etc…
Other tasks assigned by Managers/Supervisors
Assist in preparing monthly payroll for clientsontime
Assist clients in updating the HR records,statistics and reports, etc…
Assist clients in Social, Health &Unemployment Insurance registration, claims, etc…
Assist in checking timesheet, annual leave andother payroll related documents sent by clients and calculate payroll
REQUIREMENTS
Careful, Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative andresponsible
Work well in Microsoft Office, particularlyExcel
Good at communication and presentation
Prefer candidatesgraduated from finance, accounting, audit or law field Universities
Able to use English fluency
Master of labor law and Personal income tax law

Junior Auditor

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in reviewing accounting work from accounting service department.
Provide the consulting of Tax, Accounting.
Review periodically reports including tax report, statistic report and other.
Highlight key matters which arise during the audit which were not identified at the planning stage.
Cooperate with legal department by giving opinion and provide necessary information for legal jobs.
Conduct Audit Engagements: Lead and execute audit assignments, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
Analyze financial statements and related data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
Set up audit objectives and overall scope.
Support to complete working paper templates, written guidance to audit staffs.
Assist in multiple audit engagements, including strategy, planning, risk assessment, team management.
In- charge of special works assigned by Direct Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 working- experience- years in auditing/accounting and tax is a must.
Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.
English fluency is preferable.
Ability to successfully multi- task while working independently or within a group environment.
Willing to travel as business demands.

C&B:
•Prepare labor contract
•Check timesheet, annual leave and other payroll related documents
• Tobe responsible for preparing monthly payroll, mandatory insurances, PIT on timeand accurately
Recruitment:
•Follow full recruitment process of company between departments.
•Filter records, CVs, sort records to store in the Company&039;s Database.
•Update the job advertisement and post some tips or sharing experiences relatedto recruitment on Pham’s website, fanpage
•Conducting interviews, scheduling interviews, supporting other departmentswithin the professional interview.
HR&Admin:
•Support training section at Pham Consult on a certain Saturday monthly.
•Update the contact list between departments, a new employee.
•Organizing / assisting in organizing necessary events to attract high qualitypersonnel.
•Gather all monthly expense reports of company.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ableto use English fluency
•Graduated from university in Accounting, Business, Law
• Goodat communication and presentation
