JOB DESCRIPTION
▪ Participate in all software development activities following Scrum practice
▪ Report directly to supervisor(s) and Project Manager if required
▪ Work with project team members and others if any
▪ Perform the following under the coaching of supervisor(s) and Project Manager
▪ Business Analysts are responsible for understanding the client’s business need, capturing the domain expertise that the client has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements document that will serve as the input to the software designers.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Able to work full- time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
▪ Have IT background and interest in developing a career as a Business Analyst are nice to have
▪ Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in domains such as Retail, Logistics, Transportation, Aviation, etc. Experience working at IT companies is a plus.
▪ Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and analytical skills
▪ Excellent command of Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills) equivalent to JLPT N3 or higher, can facing customer smoothly
