Job Description
• Training Executive is responsible for planning and organizing both internally and externally training activities in accordance with company training process.
Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care
To plan course:
• Announce course periodically; Record training registration; Update the registration on database;
• Analyze training needs from other departments and propose suitable training activities;
• Plan training activities (Courses, Seminars, Workshops, etc) based on annual training plan and training budget;
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to design training activities if needed;
To organize course:
• Prepare logistics for training courses: book training venue/room, set up training venue/room as required, book tea- break, prepare training materials, etc;
• Take a role as an MC if needed;
• Follow the attendance tracking and homework if have;
• Get training survey;
• Schedule, monitor and grade the test if have;
• Send invitation, reminder or any associated information if have to Trainer and Trainees;
• Input and update training data on training tool;
To report course:
• Report result and training survey after finishing the course as required
Perform other assigned duties.
Job Qualifications
• Good skills of: Time Management, Effective Communication, Management of personnel resources;
• 6 months – 1 year in the same position
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and system such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology;
• Knowledge of principles and methods for training coordination;
• Ability to read & write, listen and speak Japanese/English with moderate to high proficiency;
