JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results- driven Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building and managing influencer partnerships and affiliate programs to drive revenue, increase brand visibility, and create engaging content. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our livestream and affiliate revenue channels while collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), and agencies to amplify Olaben Nutrition&039;s presence.
Responsibility
Event Coordination: Organize and execute live events and activations, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful brand representation.
Campaign Development: Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies, livestream campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost product sales and elevate brand awareness.
Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and agencies, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long- term partnerships.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Strategy Alignment: Align influencer strategies with business goals and report campaign outcomes and insights directly to the team leader.
Influencer and Affiliate Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with KOLs, KOCs, and affiliates to drive brand visibility, create engaging content, and generate revenue through strategic partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for:
Good English communication.
Have knowledge and love for the cosmetics and skincare industry.
Proficient in office software such as Excel/Word/PPT.
Having experience in the fields of FMCG/ Beauty/ Health care is an advantage.
Have good communication skills, good coordination within the department and skills in planning, organising work, and managing time.
Have at least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
