JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.
Support the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Develop and schedule engaging content for Lume Prep’s social media platforms
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget tracking and performance analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
Detail- oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
Experience in Education, Test Prep, Tech or Edtech industries is highly desirable
Proficient in English and Vietnamese
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
