JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning & Execution:
- Developing launching plan, communication plan, content plan… for The Joy Box
- Manage all brand Digital MKT channels including Social Medias and other ecommerce channels
- Support developing Gift proposal for seasonal gift box collection launching (Women’s day, Teacher’s day, Xmas, Tet Holiday…) for B2B, on Digital platform và offline stores.
Other responsibilities:
- Support new product development, with instructions from the company.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure the success of the Corporate/ Retail Gifting Campaign launch on Digital (Social / SEO / SEM).
- Support creating activities, promotional schemes on e- commerce platforms (Shopee, Chus, and others).
- Work closely with the B2B sales team to support them on creating proposals and winning pitches.
- Work closely with the media team to ensure the efficiency of paid media on social, ecom platforms and search engines.
- Help organize marketing events.
- Update new trend of gifting, scented candles, other products & do reports on weekly/ monthly / quarterly basis.
- Work with KOL/KOC to expand brand awareness and sales.
- Review & Update product catalog on monthly basis at all distribution points and on POS system.
- Report about Digital Campaigns and Customers insights monthly and after campaigns.
- Perform market analysis and research on competition.
- Manage TJB product portfolio and pricing.
- Manage affiliate marketing.
- Support other related marketing tasks upon request.
REQUIREMENTS
- Working time: work at office at least 3 days / week
- Last- year students or recent graduates with interest in E- commerce, Data Analytics
- Be curious, proactive, result- oriented and willing to deal with ambiguity
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheet, Canva, Powerpoint
- Possess the critical thinking, agile learning and innovative mindset
- Having 1- 2 year experience in marketing / digital marketing or Gifting Industry is an advantage
- Fluent English in both written and verbal communication
- Must be a fast learner & tech savvy
- Highly organized, good time management and be able to manage multi- projects
BENEFITS
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary for part- time position: 3,500,000 VND/ month
- Opportunities for commission on some projects
- Review performance and salary after 6 months

- Term of probation: 1 month (80% of fixed salary)
