JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with suppliers and prepare Quotation file, align with merchandise team to ensure quotation follows product requirements.
Assist to expand RHA supplier data basis. Support on supplier management.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for on- time shipping arrangement.
Prepare necessary documents for shipment, and purchase orders, including PI, CI, PL, C/O, etc.
Consistent on documents quality delivery in a timely manner.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Final grade or fresh graduate in International Trade, Logistics, Merchandise, or similar relevant fields.
Proficient spoken and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Passion for the import- export industry and its best practices.
Patient, detail- oriented, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Disciplined and responsible.
Time management, well- organized with a customer- oriented approach.
