JOB DESCRIPTION
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Prepare necessary documents for shipment, and purchase orders, including PI, CI, PL, C/O, etc.
Work with suppliers and prepare Quotation file, align with merchandise team to ensure quotation follows merchandising requirement.
Assist to expand RHA supplier data basis. Support on supplier management.
Communicate with suppliers and forwarders for on- time shipping arrangement.
Consistent on documents quality delivery in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Patient, detail- oriented, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Educational background in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Merchandise, or similar relevant fields.
Disciplined and responsible.
Passion for the import export industry and its best practices.
Proficient spoken and written communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
Time management, well- organized with a customer- oriented approach.
