Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Research prospective accounts in target markets
    • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle to close;
      • Generate leads opportunities with large businesses for senior sales and Head of Business Development
        • Arrange meetings with Head of Business Development and senior sales for big ticket clients
          • Help maintain and organize Hubspot CRM for sales and marketing teams
            • Work closely with marketing on developing key sales campaigns
              • Prepare and present proposals with the support of the engineering and commercial team members
                • Analyze and evaluate the market, competitors to initiate proposals for new products & services development
                  • Provide regular sales pipeline updates to senior management
                    • Attending conferences and events
                      REQUIREMENTS

                        • 0-3 years of experience.
                        • Easygoing, energetic, results-driven
                          • Strong communication skills
                            • Fluent English speaking and writing
                              • Ability to research potential clients, conduct cold outreach, and create new opportunities
                                • Knowledge of sales tools
                                  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making

                                                    JOB DESCRIPTION

                                                    Admin & Operation (40%)

                                                    • Take responsibility of daily general administrative support in the office
                                                    • Track and order office equipment and supplies
                                                    • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
                                                    • Assist on admin/ad-hoc tasks such as happy Friday, company party/events etc
                                                    • Support the onboarding process for new employees
                                                    • Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately
                                                    • Provide support to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture
                                                    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
                                                    • Assist in filing and organizing HR documents
                                                    • Enter and update employee information in HR databases
                                                    • Generate reports as needed
                                                    • Assist in drafting internal HR communications
                                                    • Support the dissemination of HR-related information to employees

                                                    Recruitment (60%)

                                                      • Assist in drafting and posting job vacancies on various platforms
                                                      • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure accurate and compelling job descriptions
                                                        • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
                                                          • Prepare interview materials and logistics
                                                            • Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist candidates for further evaluation
                                                              • Maintain a well-organized applicant tracking system
                                                                • Develop Employment Branding through creative and inspired posting, image for fan page, website, job fair, etc.
                                                                  • Guarantee the fluency of recruitment system
                                                                    • Collaborate with other teams to strengthen the company’s employment brand
                                                                      • Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager
                                                                        REQUIREMENTS

                                                                          • Love working with people
                                                                          • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
                                                                            • Integrity, Trust, and Respect
                                                                              • Being good at English communication and writing skills
                                                                                • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
                                                                                  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational ability
                                                                                    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
                                                                                      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
                                                                                        • Curious about organizational psychology, sociology, and management principles
                                                                                          • Experienced in the IT-related field is a plus

                                                                                                        JOB DESCRIPTION

                                                                                                        Accounting

                                                                                                        • Monitoring all accounting transactions, payables.
                                                                                                        • Responsible for accounts payable. Process vendor and supplier invoices, in a timely manner, verifying accuracy, approvals and account coding in accordance with Accounting and Tax regulation;
                                                                                                        • Prepare payment schedule for suppliers and send to Finance Head to approve the payment online;
                                                                                                        • Record & reconcile for account payable for employee;
                                                                                                        • Check and ensure accuracy of Inventory transactions incurred in the month; Bookkeeping;
                                                                                                        • Supervise and manage the monthly financial closing process.

                                                                                                        Reporting

                                                                                                        • Monthly and yearly financial statements (P&L, Cash flow);
                                                                                                        • Quarterly CIT report, yearly CIT finalization;
                                                                                                        • Quarterly VAT and PIT report, yearly PIT finalization;
                                                                                                        • Follow and Issue the Invoice to the client;
                                                                                                        • Other tasks: Salary payroll; work with SI Department; work with bank; Other tasks requested by the Finance Head.

                                                                                                        Tax

                                                                                                        • Prepare documents for CIT finalization report;
                                                                                                        • Monitor tax issues (reconciliation between tax reports - VAT, CIT, PIT and all other taxes - tax paid and payable);
                                                                                                        • Be responsible for tax compliance;
                                                                                                        • Offer support and guidance during audits;
                                                                                                        • Be responsible to advise other departments of any concerns on Tax matters. 
                                                                                                        REQUIREMENTS
                                                                                                        • 1 - 2 years of experience as General Accountant
                                                                                                        • Solid knowledge of accounting and applicable laws, principles and procedures.
                                                                                                        • Computer Skill: MS Office (Word, Excel)
                                                                                                        • Strong communication and collaboration skills
                                                                                                        • Good attention to detail and confidentiality, accuracy
                                                                                                        • Timelines/ high commitment to meet deadlines
                                                                                                        • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
                                                                                                        • Experience with Misa system is a plus
                                                                                                        • Good communication in English
