MECHANICAL ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Analyze mechanical design related customer requirement

- Develop mechanical concept according to customer requirement and internal requirement

- Skilled in 3D model and 2D drawing creation with Creo, Solidworks

- Use analysis tools (CAE, for example) for stress analysis, reliability analysis is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

- B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics

- Good knowledge in CAD Creo

- Having basic understanding about GD&T

- Enthusiastic, motivated & result oriented

- Good discipline, positive thinking, teamwork

- Good in communication skills and above (including English and soft skill) & good in Japanese is a big plus

Mechanical Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Design machines and mechanisms for automation projects and factory automation system

- Adapt and customize existing designs to meet customer demands, ensuring effectiveness and adherence to safety standards

- Generate the ideas, concept design, and propose solutions

- Perform assembly, testing, and provide on-site support

- Collaborate closely with the Electrical and Software teams

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years in Mechanical design for automation
Proficient in at least one 3D, 2D CAD tool
Good knowledge of machining, material, fabricating processes, heat treatment, surface treatment, and GD&T
Able to understand basic PLC program logic and system architecture
Able to communicate in English

Nice to have:

Good knowledge of standard parts from different suppliers such as MISUMI, FESTO is an advantage
Able to simulate the mechanism by using CAD tools is an advantage
Enthusiastic, motivated & result oriented
Good discipline, positive thinking, teamwork
Reliable and structured work;
High attention to detail;
