JOB DESCRIPTION
· Oversee and lead the relationship management efforts executed by the Business Development team, ensuring customer retention and high- value engagement.
· Build and maintain long- term, profitable strategic relationships with key customers and high- potential prospects in target markets (US, EU).
· Conduct in- depth business reviews with clients, utilizing CRM data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and strategic alignment.
· Analyze and understand key customers&039; unique business challenges and individual needs to propose tailored IT/BPO solutions.
· Collaborate closely with leadership and cross- functional teams (Operations, Technical) to formulate quarterly and annual business development strategies and market entry plans.
· Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends within the IT and BPO landscape to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
· Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of complex customer complaints and issues.
· Proactively expand the customer portfolio through targeted Upselling (e.g., introducing Automation/AI services) and Cross- selling (merging IT solutions with BPO processes)
Keep customers updated on the company&039;s latest technological offerings and service enhancements to continuously drive new sales opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
· A team player with leadership skills.
· Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
· A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication of English skills.
· Superior product knowledge.
At least 2 years of experiences in Team Lead or Manager position.

BPO Process and Operations Management
· Ensure that BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) processes are performed efficiently, optimally and in compliance with quality standards.
· Supervise and coordinate internal resource activities, including IT outsourcing projects, to ensure work efficiency.
Managing BPO Partners
· Negotiating and managing contracts with external partners, especially BPO service providers.
· Cooperate and maintain relationships with BPO outsourcing partners, ensuring that the services provided meet the company&039;s requirements.
· Experience working with BPO/IT outsourcing partners and the ability to negotiate contracts.
Ensure the quality of BPO services
· Check and monitor the quality of services from BPO outsourcing partners, ensuring that they perform on schedule and with the quality as committed.
· Propose measures to improve processes and services when necessary.
BPO Budget and Cost Management
· Ensure that BPO operating costs are optimized while maintaining service quality.
· Manage budgets for BPO projects, especially BPO outsourcing services, to ensure that they do not exceed the set budget.
BPO Performance Evaluation and Reporting
· Skills in data analysis and reporting results.
· Evaluate and monitor the performance of BPO outsourcing partners, reporting results to management.
· Provide analysis of service performance and recommend improvements as needed.
Ability to make recommendations for improvements based on performance evaluation results.
REQUIREMENTS
● Organizational, planning and project management skills.
● Experience working and negotiating contracts with BPO/IT outsourcing partners.
● Data analysis skills, reporting results and suggesting performance improvements.
● Fluent in English (certificate preferred)
● Ability to build and maintain long- term, effective partnerships.

· Translate documents from Chinese language to English and vice versa. Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone.
· Build and manage terminology resources such as glossaries, style guides, and translation memory files.
· Make quotations for translation requests.

REQUIREMENTS
● Welcome fresher graduated.
Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or similar role.
● Fluent in Chinese (Certified HSK5 above) in both speaking and writing skill
● Time- management skills.

● High team work spirit.
● Proficient in using office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint).
