Key Responsibilities
Performance Ads:
Creative Content:
- Ensure content aligns with cultural nuances and language specifics of each market.
- Create and maintain a positive atmosphere within our user community.
Inbound Marketing:
- Generate creative and engaging content for diverse marketing strategies.
- Optimize ad campaigns to achieve desired KPIs and ROI.
Partnership and Affiliate:
- Develop online and offline community- building strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, especially affiliate partners.
Building Community:
- Develop and manage high- performance advertising strategies across various platforms.
- Generate regular reports and propose strategy improvements based on collected data.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Optimize in- app messaging strategies to maximize user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the performance of marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing and advertising.
- Solid knowledge of online advertising, creative content, and local marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Understanding of data analytics and ability to create detailed reports.
- Ability to read and write in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases to validate software enhancements and updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by suggesting best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand feature requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
- Work proactively to identify potential areas of improvement in the app&039;s usability, performance, and user experience.
- Conduct comprehensive quality control assessments of Simpia: Piano&039;s learning app features, functionalities, and content.
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with mobile app testing methodologies, tools, and platforms.
- Passion for music and an understanding of piano playing or music education is a must
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
- (1- 2 years) Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a software development environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate issues clearly to cross- functional teams.
