- Resolve fabric defect for factory and issue DIS Report if replacement requested./ Giải quyết lỗi vải cho nhà máy và đưa ra ra báo cáo DIS nếu có yêu cầu thay thế.
- Monthly updating Report (Vendor Quality Performance) for Monthly Report to NIKE. / Cập nhật hàng tháng báo cáo (hiệu suất chất lượng của nhà cung cấp) vào báo cáo hàng tháng cho Nike
- Weekly updating MQP Discrepancy Report for Monthly Report to Top Management. / Cập nhật hàng tuần báo cáo chênh lệch để báo cáo hàng tháng cho BGĐ
- Base on MQP Monitoring Char to follow up Fabric ETA with Factory for daily fabric inspection. / Dựa trên bảng theo dõi MQP để theo dõi tiến độ ETA vải với nhà máy để kiểm tra vải hằng ngày.
- Confirm fabric tone/ Face and verifying Fabric colour for Production/ Xác nhận tông vải, mặt vải và kiểm tra màu vải cho sản xuất
- Daily update Fabric Inspection in MQP Monitoring Chart & key in MIS into NIKE system./ Cập nhật hằng ngày việc kiểm tra vải trong biểu đồ và nhập MIS vào hệ thống Nike.
- Finalize and update to Merchandising & Production Team actual cutting quantity/ defective garments affected need partial shipment / short ship Qty for booking. / Hoàn thiện và cập nhật cho các bộ phận liên quan số lượng cắt thực tế, hàng may lỗi bị ảnh hưởng cần xuất hàng một phần.
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer skills (MS office)/ Vi tính văn phòng- Having experience/ background in garment is a plus. If you have no experience/ background in garment also no problem, we can train for you to perform the job. / Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm hoặc tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành May. Nếu bạn không có kinh nhiệm hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan, công ty có thể đào tạo.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Printing:
Update & send approval sample / "P" BOM to printer and conduct PP meeting before start production.
Review quality & arrange S/O to lab testing- Lead time: 1day.
Follow with HQ to get approval comment Lead time: 2 weeks after S/O sending out.
Strike off checking for QRS and first production sample.
Follow up on testing results and send them to HQ for approval- Lead time: 3 days.
Work with the printer S/O submission schedule (Lead time: SS- 1- 3 days; Bulk- 5- 7days).
Follow up with HQ to update development information (PSC chart/ BOM/ Artwork/ Film/ Fabric & reference sample)- Nike NBA.
Update & send BOM/ Artwork/ Film/ reference sample and fabric to Printer.
Embroidery:
Work directly with HQ and Subcontractors to develop samples before Bulk production.
Arrange materials (fabric, thread, Job sheet, film …) while developing.
Get approved strike off from HQ.
All other duties as required.
Update information to make sure production will not have any issue while proceeding.
REQUIREMENTS
- Having experience/ background in garment is a plus.
- Computer skills (MS office)
- Can communicate in English.

- Prepare Final Schedule and BookingShipment
- Check and confirm for materialbalance sheet for own Factory
- Verify & raise discrepancies toHQ for shortage consumption/ wrong consumption/ missing order…in MRP
- Coordinate with Development/Material/ MQP/ PPI Team to settle all production issues
- Work out production schedule withFactory. Verify missing orders/ qty, overcapacity in production schedule
- Coordinate with Analysis Teamregarding delay, partial/ short shipment, move early shipment and balanceshipment to save transportation cost
- Coordinate with PPI Team on anychange of packing and inform to HQ
