As an HR & Admin Intern, you will support the People & Operations team in various HR, recruitment, administrative, and internal engagement activities. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring progress.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.
Support end- to- end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
HR & Administrative Operations
Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative data.
Prepare and manage HR- related documents, contracts, and internal paperwork.
Support onboarding procedures for new hires (documentation, orientation logistics, system setup coordination).
Support internal communication and policy updates when required.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing (both online and offline).
Office Administration
Assist in daily office operations (meeting room arrangements, seating plans, office supplies, parking registration, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders when necessary.
Support documentation tracking, reconciliation, and internal reporting.
Internal Events & Engagement Activities
Support planning and organizing internal events, workshops, company activities, and team- building programs.
Assist in logistics preparation, communication, and post- event follow- up.
Contribute ideas to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Other Tasks
Provide additional support to the HR & Admin team as assigned.
Requirements
Education & Availability
Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, or Project Management.
Basic understanding of Labor Law is a plus.
Available to work at least 4 days per week (minimum 32 hours/week).
Final- year students majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.
Skills
Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (knowledge of database systems is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, proactive attitude with good relationship- building ability.
Good command of English (both written and verbal).
Good analytical and organizational skills.
