JOB DESCRIPTION
WORKING TIME & LOCATION:
- Location: 38 Trương Quốc Dung Ward 8 Phú Nhuận District HCM
- Working time: work at office at least 3 days / week; from 9:00 am- 18:00 pm
SCOPE OF WORK:
Planning & Execution:
- Manage all brand Digital MKT channels including Social Medias and other ecommerce channels
- Support developing Gift proposal for seasonal gift box collection launching (Women’s day, Teacher’s day, Xmas, Tet Holiday…) for B2B, on Digital platform và offline stores.
- Developing launching plan, communication plan, content plan… for wedding favor product line of The Joy Box & The Joy Scent- Mannor of Aroma (sub- brand of The Joy Box)
Other responsibilities:
- Support creating activities, promotional schemes on e- commerce platforms (Shopee, Chus, and others).
- Help organize marketing events.
- Perform market analysis and research on competition.
- Manage affiliate marketing.
- Work closely with the media team to ensure the efficiency of paid media on social, ecom platforms and search engines.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure the success of the Corporate/ Retail Gifting Campaign launch on Digital (Social / SEO / SEM).
- Support other related marketing tasks upon request.
- Update new trend of gifting, scented candles, other products & do reports on weekly/ monthly / quarterly basis.
- Support new product development, with instructions from the company.
- Work closely with the B2B sales team to support them on creating proposals and winning pitches.
- Report about Digital Campaigns and Customers insights monthly and after campaigns.
- Manage product portfolio and pricing.
- Review & Update product catalog on monthly basis at all distribution points and on POS system.
- Work with KOL/KOC to expand brand awareness and sales.
REQUIREMENTS
- Be curious, proactive, result- oriented and willing to deal with ambiguity
- Fluent English in both written and verbal communication
- Must be a fast learner & tech savvy
- Last- year students or recent graduates with interest in E- commerce, Data Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheet, Canva, Powerpoint
- Having 1- 2 year experience in marketing / digital marketing or Gifting Industry is an advantage
- Highly organized, good time management and be able to manage multi- projects
- Possess the critical thinking, agile learning and innovative mindset

- Manage all social media & digital accounts include: Facebook, Instagram, Website... for wedding favor product line of The Joy Box & The Joy Scent- Mannor of Aroma (sub- brand of The Joy Box)
- Help to create new ideas and leverage all current digital channels, update socialtrends in terms of both tools, creative formats and copy writing
- Manage community: response and build relationship with customers, fans and
followers on social channels
- Build and manage contents for those channels including content writing, web articles, support photoshooting production, ...
- Understand product porfolio and have creative way to express those products on
digital media to help sales
- Create acitivities to help grow the fans and followers base
REQUIREMENTS
- Any other skills can be trained on the way
- Good at writing skill and earger to learn more
- Be proactive, result- oriented and willing to deal with ambiguity
- Having 1- 2 year experience in marketing / content marketing or Gifting Industry is an advantage
- Fluent English in both written and verbal communication
- Hard working, Detailed oriented, highly organized, good time management and be able to manage multi- projects
- Excited to learn about Content Marketing and practice on daily basis.
- Students / Fresh- Graduates at any majors who wants to get practice in real life about Marketing (Marketing is preferrable)
