JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Position:
Guest Relations Officer/ Intern
(No experience required—we will provide training!)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Confirm and manage reservations, ensuring accurate records in the reservation system.
Maintain a detailed and up- to- date reservations calendar.
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations.
Communicate special requests and requirements to the appropriate departments.
Notify relevant departments of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.
Work closely with the events team to manage group bookings and special events.
Maintain and update guest databases.
Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management.
Assist in developing and implementing reservation policies and procedures.
Ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete.
Monitor reservation trends and suggest improvements to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow- ups with guests to ensure a positive experience.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Previous experience in F&B operations is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills to manage client and vendor relationships.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on event schedules.
Problem- solving skills.
Position:
Events Administrator/ Intern
(No experience required—we will provide training!)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate event sales inquiries from international customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful planning and execution of events.
Provide detailed information about venue availability, pricing, and event packages to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle all administrative tasks related to event sales, including contracts, proposals, and follow- up communication.
Requirements:
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools (training will be provided).
A keen interest in event sales, customer service, or wedding planning is an advantage.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required in the events industry.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
No prior experience is required; fresh graduates and those new to the industry are welcome to apply.
