Key Responsibilities:
Digital Platforms Development & Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital platform strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of new digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.
Develop and manage content strategies for digital platforms, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
Manage contractor resource to manage and execute digital platforms strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements, features, and user experience (UX) designs.
Digital Campaign Development & Management:
Manage the company&039;s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
Plan, develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company.
Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns that align with sales strategies and objectives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics software.
Content Creation:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Create compelling and engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Data Analysis:
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaboration and Innovation:
Train and engage for stakeholders on e- marketing with innovative
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Omni channel collaboration
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Knowhow in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Working knowledge of website analytics tools.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
