JOB DESCRIPTION
Employer Branding:
Support in employer branding campaign, carry out creative production of corporate branding materials (videos, photos, presentations, recruitment events)
Coordinate in internal events and communication
Engage with university clubs/ partners to execute Employer Branding activities
Learning and Development
Support in organization of training curriculum
Administration:
Liaise with various vendors (training, agencies, employer branding,
) for contract preparation, PO creation in the system, following up on
invoices post trainings and payments to the vendors
andother learning programs
REQUIREMENTS
Good general administrative and planning skills
Can- do and willing- to- learn attitude
Can work fulltime and start as soon as possible
Good spoken and written English
Open- minded and hard working
Ability to work both independently and as a team member to meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment
Detailed oriented
BENEFITS
WorkingLocation: MPlaza Building (District 1)
Workinghour: Mon- Fri, 9AM- 5.30PM
Allowance:200,000 VND per working day. Approx. 4,200,000VND per month.
Duration:6 months
