JOB DESCRIPTION
Support in creating a list of suitable KOLs according to brand requirements.
Build and maintain good relationships with KOLs.
Periodically report status weekly/monthly.
Arrange internal meetings & process paperwork.
Search and approach Mini KOLs every month in the fields of FMCG/Health&Beauty.
Negotiate and negotiate terms of cooperation (commission, content, timeline).
Monitor KOLs&039; work progress, ensuring compliance with brand requirements (videos, livestreams, posts, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Final year or recent graduate majoring in Communications, Marketing, or Economics or
Prioritize computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Communication skills: Skillful and confident when working with KOLs at different tiers.
Basic knowledge of the KOL/KOC field: Priority is given to those who have knowledge of the FMCG, Health & Beauty market... (especially Tiktok platform)
Organizational skills: Know how to organize and manage time to achieve the target number of KOLs each month.
English: Being able to communicate is an advantage.
