People & Operations Executive will undertake a wide range of People department tasks, like ensuring compliance and organizational reporting are accurate, and acting as the main point of contact for employees’ queries. You will lead all talent acquisition efforts, organizational training, administer employee benefits and leave of absence.

• Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Understand deeply the actual organizational structure of all departments in the company as well as the headcount of each department

  • Establish and execute culturally appropriate talent recruitment campaigns

  • Take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle for different types of positions (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates)

• Employee Experience (40%)

  • Keep track of and analyze People metrics (e.g. Performance, Habit tracking,...)

  • Research, propose ideas and execute develop applications (automated workflow...)

  • Modernize and optimize HR systems, including payroll and applicant-tracking software and implementing automation and workflows for a more seamless employee experience

  • Execute and operate cross-cultural programs, events to engage employees, and bring core values into the life of PATI

  • Treat employees as internal customers and increase their satisfaction

  • Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech

  • Managing the employee journey from beginning to end

• Others (10%)

  • Perform other administrative tasks

• Have more than 1 year experience in the People & Culture department (HR department)

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

As a Content Creator, you will scripting and recording valuable videos of products from Ecommerce Brands on short-form platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels,...). You will expected to create engaging content that keeps the audience engaged. You will be responsible for implementing best-practices for social media content creation, which include engaging hooks and quality content that keeps people watching and wanting more.

• Collaborating with Marketing team to make social content strategy about brand products of company

• Scripting and making high-quality videos for short-form platforms such as TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels,...

• Researching new trends and best practices from TikTok to create content and optimize channels

• Participating and facilitating brainstorming sessions

• Working with global creators to make high-quality contents for brand products of company

• You need to achieve in 2 months probation: having viral videos and qualifying channels for brands

• Fluent in English (Writing and Reading), with an IELTS score from 6.5 or equivalent

• Proficiency with CapCut, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape for segmentation, targeting, and positioning
• Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies

2. Project Management

• Coordinate with manufacturing partners, packaging suppliers, and label suppliers to ensure timely and quality production
• Monitor and manage order progress, inventory levels, and report on finished product quantities
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges
• Search for, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, packaging partners, and label partners

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing, Packaging Design, and Product Development teams and outsourced freelancers/agencies to align production with brand guidelines and product requirements
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives

4. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall strategy
• Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance market position and profitability
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve strategic objectives
