JOB DESCRIPTION
I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
This is an ideal starting point for young individuals who are meticulous, love precision, and want to kickstart their careers in the International E- commerce industry. At PATI, Fulfillment is not just about working with Excel; it’s about working for customer satisfaction.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
Order Processing & Admin (60%):
Data Administration: Continuously work with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to manage product flow.
Inventory Management: Reconcile daily inventory data with logistics partners (3PL).
Precise Execution: Export order files, filter duplicate orders, check for invalid addresses, and upload tracking numbers to Shopify/PayPal/Stripe.
Customer Service (CS) Support (40%):
Direct Customer Support: Be trained to respond to basic tickets (order tracking inquiries, product information, etc.) during assigned shifts.
Internal Coordination: Provide accurate shipping information to Senior CS to resolve complaints.
REQUIREMENTS
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
English: Good (Strong reading comprehension to verify international addresses and use email templates for customer responses).
Personality: Absolute attention to detail. You are someone who feels uncomfortable seeing a misaligned cell in Excel. Patient and resilient with repetitive daily tasks.
Computing Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Mastery of basic data processing functions: VLOOKUP, IF, Filter, etc.).
Attitude: Hardworking, honest, and eager to learn. No task is too small.

V. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Working Conditions:Time:Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, with a 1- hour lunch break.Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM- 09:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections- mind, body, and momentum aligned.Location: PATI Group Office – Ho Chi Minh City.Note: This is a full- time, onsite position to ensure the highest speed of coordination.
