Fluent written and spokenVietnamese
Fluent written and spokenEnglish
Professional teamwork skills, aswell as support and guidance
Intermediate/Advanced MicrosoftOffice – particularly Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounting & financetasks

Prepare and process payrollpayments accurately and timely
Support external audit teamat the end of financial year (in January & February)
Follow up client’s payments& receivables. Planning and proactively contacting and reminding clients ofupcoming, due and delinquent payments
Produce monthly accountingand finance reports
Assist accountants withfinancial planning, budgeting, and problem solving
Monitor & pay suppliersinvoice on time

Project management tasks

Assistance with takingnotes and listening to recordings of interviews and meetings
Prepare contracts andpaperwork related to the project
Synthesize and manage allrelevant documents for each client and project
According to theinstructions, summarize tax payments and tax payment information forrespondents.
Update the respondentmanagement and client management systems
Make payments to researchrespondents accurately and timely
Booking airline tickets andhotel rooms for employees during project implementation
Work with project owners torecruit respondents based on the scope of work
Complete and send taxnotices to respondents by the first quarter of each year, and provideadditional documents as requested by respondents

Operational tasks

Update new tax, accountingand human resources regulations and advise management for changes in the SOP
Assist in the organizationof company events.
Manage office equipment andadvise on when it needs to be repaired or replaced
Support and follow- up whenthe company requires printing or gifting
Timely management andreplenishment of stationery
Organize office documentsand items neatly
Support to build new SOPand updated written SOP
Assist management inmaintaining relationships with doctors and hospitals (presenting gifts duringthe Mid- Autumn Festival and the Lunar New Year)
Manage the company&039;semployees&039; use of products, services, and equipment
Other tasks as assigned bymanagement
Prepare paperwork and laborcontracts for new employees
Maintain a safe and healthywork environment by establishing, adhering to, and enforcing standards,procedures, and legal compliance
Plan for monitoring andevaluating employee work performance
Keep the office neat andclean. Remind employees to keep the office neat and clean
Assist with therecruitment, training, and coaching of new employees
Manage and monitor theprogress of the contractor when the company requires repair or construction
Organise and managedocuments

REQUIREMENTS

Self- motivated
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency – particularly Excel
Fluent written and spoken Vietnamese and English
Efficient time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Professional teamwork skills, as well as support and guidance
Effective and professional communication skills
Strong problem- solving skills
Bachelors or higher degree
