JOB DESCRIPTION
- Translate proposals, contracts,
vice versa.
reports, messages and other documents from Chinese into Vietnamese/English and
- Take responsibility for the
consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed
externally and internally.
- Check translations of proposals,
contracts, reports, and other documents to ensure that they are accurate and
remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Perform clerical duties, take memos,maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
- Run general industry- relatederrands.
- Other tasks assigned by DepartmentManager and General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- A
good command of written and spoken Chinese and Vietnamese (equivalent to HSK 5
– HSK 6).
- Able to use English for basicconversations (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Strong organization andcommunication skills.
- Strong reading, writing,comprehension, and editing skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational,and time management skills.
- Hard working, good team player,supportive, proactive and reliable.
- Enjoy working in a fast- pacedenvironment.

Salary:
Full- time (Graduates): Up to 5,500,000 VND/month + Benefits
Full- time (3rd/4th year students): Up to 4,000,000 VND/month + Benefits
Part- time (At least 3 days/week): Up to 300,000 VND/ day + Benefits
