Archetype Group is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic young professional to join our dynamic Marketing Team team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or a junior professional to grow in an international setting.
This position will be responsible of two main tasks :
- As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high- quality content for our global audience.
- As a Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing team in the day- to- day activities
You will be part of a team of four at the group level, coordinating and managing projects with our offices worldwide.
Responsibilities
Marketing and Communications Support
- Execute communication engagements: PR, Awards, Webinars and Events
- Produce internal and external newsletters
- Develop marketing and commercial materials and collaterals: brochures, flyers, presentations
- Update our various channels : intranet, website, social media
Content Development and Management
- Ensure all content adheres to the company&039;s brand guidelines, style, and tone, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Create and manage a diverse range of written content, including but not limited to social media posts, web pages, media articles, newslettters etc.
- Conduct thorough research to develop original and engaging content that resonates with our global audience and supports our B2B industry focus.
- Propose and Develop content strategies, as well as execution ideas to increase the awareness of Archetype Group news and experts
Visual Content Creation
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers, when necessary, to ensure the successful execution of visual productions.
- Develop and produce visually appealing content, such as images, infographics, short videos, reels, stories, GIFs, and videos.
AI Solutions Integration
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies in content marketing, and propose innovative ways to integrate them into our content strategy.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation, optimization and proof- reading.
Project Coordination and Management
- Coordinate with team members and various offices to manage content projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to streamline content planning and execution across different platforms and regions.
Qualifications
- Strong creativity and the ability to “think out of the box” as well as follow guidelines and directions.
- Proven skills in the following skill sets: Content writing, Video and Photo Editing.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Degree in Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1- 2 years of experience in content creation.
- Being hands- on and capable of executing independently plans
- Knowledge of editing software (Photoshop, Indesign etc).
- Understanding AI solutions for production and post- production is beneficial.
- Basic SEO skills and understanding of social media back offices are advantageous.
