Key Accountabilities
Impact on Operation VN Fleet:
Proposal process improvement initiatives to raise productivity and cost reduction for VN Fleet;
Review operating processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce risk;
Extract and provide reports, dashboards, statistical models for projects, and ad- hoc cases for decision support.
Project Planning:
Monitor and visualize project performance versus plan.
Plan and resolve problems to deliver outcomes within the agreed timeline;
Initiate, plan, and implement projects to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline;
Identify problems and opportunities based on data to improve critical operational metrics and propose project ideas/solutions;
Operating optimization:
Coordinate activities with the department and take over special functions, for example, build tool measures, monitor performance, etc.
Monitor Operations performance indicators: Focusing on Cost and Productivity;
Analyze data and provide insights to identify potential issues, risks, and opportunities for first- mile and last- mile operations for the country;
Key Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in related positions;
Strong ability to work independently and manage projects effectively;
Can present in English.
Graduated from college or higher;
Data analysis and Project management skills;
