Position: L&OD INTERN
We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented L&OD Intern to support our team. In this role, you will assist with training activities, prepare learning materials, and help with daily L&OD operations. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands- on experience in Learning & Development and build essential HR skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Coordination & Logistics
Send training invitations, reminders, and follow- up communications
Coordinate end- to- end training logistics, including collecting participant lists and arranging training venues/layouts.
Provide on- site support during training sessions, acting as the main contact for facilitators and participants.
Training Materials & Content Support
Assist in designing and formatting training materials, presentations, and handouts...
Maintain and update learning resources on Confluence to ensure easy access for employees.
Reporting & Data Management
Support the collection of data for regular L&OD reports and coordinate with HRIS to upload accurate training records into learning management system.
Consolidate participant feedback and training data to prepare post- training reports following L&OD templates.
Procurement & Financial Support
Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures.
Assist in gathering necessary documents for price comparison, contracting, and payment processing.
Internal Communications & Event Support
Coordinate follow- up training activities and other L&OD initiatives.
Assist in promoting L&OD initiatives and learning programs internally.
Support the creation and distribution of L&OD communications using approved templates.
JOB QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualification
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or related fields.
Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks
Strong interest in Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
Detail- oriented with good organizational and time- management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); skilled in creating presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication; demonstrates accountability and dependability.
Collaboration and teamwork.
Data handling skills, including collecting, cleaning, and organizing training data for reports.
