Job Description:
COMMUNICATIONS
Support manages media booking for approved media plans.
Contribute to the development of sound PR strategies and develop the most effective PR tactics, content & media plans.
Proactive communicate project status, team operation, issues and risks to Manager in a timely manner to deliver excellent execution as committed to clients.
Understanding social media (Focus on Facebook, Tiktok, ING), news, video & KOL platforms.
Manage the effectiveness of social media marketing activities via specific KPIs.
Allocating and following up activities related to KOLs, ensuring all in charged projects are fully operational & processes are running smoothly including planning and executing.
Build communications plan, content plan, media plan under the client’s marcom campaigns.
Monitor project quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time within scope, and meet with required quality standards.
KOLS MANAGEMENT
Build a good relationship with KOLs
Allocate suitable KOLs for the target of each campaign.
Measure the effectiveness of KOLs/ campaign and do the report
Proactively spotting potential KOLs, new trends by the company&039;s criteria on platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other suitable platforms
Support the content production of KOLs: provide information & images, monitor the shooting video and take photo, give feedback and confirm the content.
Job Requirements:
Understanding of influencer dynamics and the ability to connect with influencers on a personal level.
Experience and enthusiasm for collaborating with celebrities, top creators, KOLs,..
Proactive, capable of adapting quickly to changing situations and emerging opportunities.
At least 1 years experience at the same level in one or more of these above- mentioned areas
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Have knowledge about digital planning, digital platform management, content strategy.
Willing to learn new market trends and be self- demand
Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support and engage with influencers.
Positive attitude, responsibility, persistence.
