[HCM] CORNER SALES LEADER

In charge of Classic Corners:
- Decorations/ Display
- Listing new items
- Maintaining and growing Corners
- Promotions plan
- Reporting: Inventory/ daily sales speed/Return/ Sample W.O to SM
- Forecast/ Order progress.
- Tool list/ Expense monthly optimization
Make sure to complete following the working plan, and send reports on time.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management.
Checking KPI and performance of Corners staff
Make the plan for training & coaching Corners staff.
Make reports by the Manager.
Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, and delivery time
Manage and monitor Corners staff activities, making sure they complete tasks according to the schedule.
Support the accounting department to expel the debt, only the responsibility when the customer has paid off.

Honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible
Has relevant knowledge in Fine Food products, is familiar with the food service environment
Experience in customer relationship management.
Ability to plan and develop strategies is essential.
A proven track record in Sales, and Leadership experience are preferred
Work location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7
Excellent English & Vietnamese communication skills.
Graduate in College or Bachelor in Business or related field.
