[HCM] Digital Executive (Seasonal Contract - 6 Months)

Job Scope:

Support on brand’s e- Commerce sales and development of an excellent user experience and customer journey on Online channels

Key Tasks:

Assist with E- commerce daily tasks such as generating report, analysis, setting up the system for different online channels.
Support our Digital team to follow- up and improve the digital strategy
Complete other administrative tasks as needed
Produce media content (on website, app, Food Aggregator platform, Email, etc.)
Works closely with related teams to define the consumer experience and e- merchandising

Education / Training Qualifications:

Bachelors in business related fields (preferred, but not a must).

Experience:

Have at least 06 months to 02 years of recent experience in FnB, E- commerce or FMCG chain

Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Details oriented is a must
Interest for the digital and social media
Having writing abilities is a plus
Computer skills
Prior internship experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking.
