Through the Future Shaper Program, you’ll spend 12- month immersive training with mentorship and real industrial exposure before stepping into a full- scope Production Industrialization Quality Specialist role — a career that lets you play, grow, and make things happen!
You’ll work directly with our industrial partners, supporting them to produce the best textile products, combining technical excellence and sustainability.
As a Production Industrialization Quality Specialist, you make sure every product we deliver meets our 4 key promises: Quality – Leadtime – Price – Environmental Responsibility.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manage product cost, quality, and lead time to ensure competitiveness.
Continuously improve the value chain of your process.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
Lead product development within your local production team.
Accompany and support industrial partners toward technical excellence.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:

You are:
Background in Textile, Material, or Industrial Engineering (fresh graduates or professionals with 2 years of experience).
Detail- oriented, data- driven, and curious by nature.
Strong academic background: GPA ≥ 3.0, with achievements in field- related competitions.

Always learning, growing, and ready to take on challenges.
Confident in English communication (TOEIC 600 / IELTS 5.0 or above).
