JOB DESCRIPTION
Scheduling & Administration
Help organize and maintain departmental documents, databases, and shared folders.
Assist in updating and maintaining team and event schedules across Wolves teams, PE classes, and school sports activities.
Assist with basic inventory checks and equipment ordering processes.
Support the setup and management of SchoolsBuddy for student signups, team rosters, and tryout information.
Event & Logistics Support
Assist with student lists, bus coordination, and attendance tracking for away games and tournaments.
Support event planning for school sports days, SISAC/VISA/MRISA tournaments, and other Wolves events.
Help prepare logistics for practices, games, and tournaments (equipment setup, referee coordination, travel arrangements, permissions).
Communication & Translation
Support bilingual communication needs (English–Vietnamese) through translation of documents and announcements.
Help update parents and students on schedule changes, uniform distribution, and event reminders via email or phone.
Draft (emails, notices, newsletters) for parents, students, and staff.
Program Development Support
Support the Athletics Director in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Assist with data collection for program assessments (participation numbers, team lists, event outcomes).
Contribute to marketing and storytelling initiatives (e.g., social media updates, student- athlete highlights).
REQUIREMENTS
Study (preferred fields: Sports Management, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related).
Good communication skills in English; Vietnamese translation ability is an asset.
Interest in athletics, sports programs, and student development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with SchoolsBuddy or similar systems is a plus.
