[HCM/HN] Chuyên Viên Kinh Doanh - Key Account Specialist

Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Generating leads and reaching out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and product development to ensure customer needs are met and to stay informed about product updates and new releases.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers to close deals.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and staying up- to- date with industry trends.
Attending industry events and conferences to build a network and stay informed about industry developments.
Staying up- to- date with competitor activity and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

Candidates who have graduated or pre- graduated from these fields: Marketing, Business Administration, E- Commerce, Finance, Banking
Problem- Solving skills;
Good communication, and understanding of customer psychology;
Ability to work under pressure and finish on time;
At least 1- year experience in Sales;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Customer care;
