Make plans to manage and develop the coverage of products on the market.
Make sure to complete following the working plan, and send report on time.
Directly implement, supervise the performance of contracts, including procedures for delivery of goods, issuing invoices, returning.
Customer care and sales according to the schedule.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management.
Manage and monitor Merchandiser activities, making sure they complete tasks according to the schedule.
Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
Make quotations, create, and negotiate contracts to close the deal but not directly sign the contract. Monitor the contract liquidation process.
Make reports by the Manager.
Report on inventory and sales speed at the supermarket to the person in charge.
Maintaining and growing existing customers.
Propose the contract implementation method with customers, and propose an effective plan to approach customers.
Support the accounting department to expel the debt, only when the customer has paid off.
Find out the needs of customers to develop business. Search for new/potential customers.

Good in English
Work location: Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of sales systems/processes and live display management
Proficient in handling documents related to assigned responsibilities
Prior experience in Modern Trade (MT) channel sales is preferred
