[HCM] MARKETING INTERNSHIP - CRM

We seek a dedicated and detail- oriented CRM Intern to support our customer relationship management (CRM) efforts. The intern will work closely with the CRM team to help manage and optimize customer data, track customer interactions, and support CRM- driven marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands- on experience with CRM systems and learn how to leverage data to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Help track customer interactions, monitor engagement, and analyze customer behavior.
• Support the development and execution of CRM- driven marketing campaigns (e.g., loyalty programs).
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on CRM performance metrics.
• Support O- fan activities
• Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Research customer segments, preferences, and trends to provide actionable insights.

REQUIREMENTS
• Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret and report data.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
