JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop detailed user stories and support the technical team in exploring these stories. (customer journey, product requirement document, use cases, user flows, …)
Research, define and improve on Hiip platform experience.
Be a member of product team, work closely with developers, and users to fully understand existing user needs and gain positive value.
Test, analyze, and report test results.
Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for product features.
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication in English (IELTS > 6.5 + English intro video*)
Strong attention to detail.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
Having experience in software design or UX/UI is a plus.
Passion for building products. Interest in pursuing a career in product management.
Having ownership of your work and your product.
Good analytical, writing, documenting and problem- solving skills.
At least 4 months working experience
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, you don’t need to be that code geek.
