Job Description

Assist in full cycle campaign project management; hands on execution, monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Business Development, Operations and cross functional Marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
Real- time monitoring of campaign performance through various metrics and analysis, identifying gaps and innovating to improve subsequent campaign performance.
Identify key trends and campaign mechanics that drive traffic and sales conversion on Tiki platforms.
Develop and execute campaigns for Tiki.

What Should You Have

Comfortable working with numbers, analytical and sharp.
Prior experience in marketing, e- Commerce, or project management roles is a plus
Analytical and structured thinker, with the curiosity and problem- solving skills to derive actionable insights
Independent and self- motivated, with a bias for hands- on execution; high openness to ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree with majors in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Excellent communication and project management skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines
