Key Responsibilities1. Content Planning & Strategy
Monitor current social media trends, popular sounds, and content formats- especially on TikTok- to guarantee fresh, engaging, and relevant content for Tiki’s audience.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions to drive traffic and sales.
Contribute to the creation and execution of an engaging content calendar designed for @nhasachtiki.official or @tiki.official (TikTok Channel)
2. Video Production & Editing
Skillfully edit videos using mobile and desktop editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) to align with platform best practices and Tiki&039;s brand guidelines.
Ensure all content is visually appealing, has clear audio, and is optimized for vertical viewing.
Create and film high- quality, short- form video content from ideation to final execution. This includes hands- on filming, setup, and performance.
3. Content Management & Engagement
Manage and consistently publish content across core Tiki TikTok channels, specifically @nhasachtiki.official and @tiki.official.
Monitor all comments and direct messages, actively engaging with the community to cultivate a loyal following and foster positive brand sentiment.
Regularly track critical KPIs (views, engagement, follower growth) and assist with preparing comprehensive performance reports.
4. Livestream
Support the development of engaging scripts and discussion prompts for effective live broadcasts.
Assist in all phases of TikTok live stream execution—from planning to setup—with a focus on enhancing audience engagement and conversion rates.
Potential responsibility includes hosting or co- hosting live streams to display products, run campaigns, and interact personally with the audience.
Requirements & Qualifications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced E- commerce environment.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable being on camera and hosting/ participating in live stream environments.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Proficiency in video editing software (mobile and/ or desktop).
Demonstrable passion for and deep understanding of TikTok content and trends. Prior experience managing a personal or brand TikTok account is a strong plus.
