JOB DESCRIPTION
A. AdminSupport Corporate Service team for:
• Stamping documents when receiving required and checking record bank seal daily.
• Printing the courier log book, and bank seal log book when paper low.
• Ordering stationery for Department quarterly.
Person in charge of Business Monthly Meeting & News:
• Booking meeting room and sending the meeting schedule to the participants.
• Sending email notifications to team leaders about the meeting according to email content approved by HoD.
• Preparing and sending meeting minutes.
• Preparing content of News after meetings.
Admin of Group Distribution "Vietnam Consumer Banking" – add new hires and remove staff who resigned.
Making payment when required (buy/renew license, equipment, campaigns, ...).
Any other relevant duties as assigned by Line Manager and HoD.
Making the Accrual & Provision list for the department monthly.
B. Outsourced Workforce ManagementScheduling job interviews, coordinate assessment and interviews with the hiring managers, negotiate and extend offer to candidates then send to third party for further processing.
Including full- cycle sourcing and recruitment for outsourced staff, on- boarding of new employees, employee relations, and working with people leaders on Business needs and special projects.
Sourcing & screening potential resumes on all possible channels/platforms and contact candidates as needed.
Preparing job description then post job in hiring platform such as LinkedIn, TopCV, Ybox,… when required.
Employee Engagement & Internal Community (when required):
Preparing internal communication plans, News, ... for the Department with administrative tasks from pre- to- post events, ensure events are delivered on time with good message & image.
Coordinated with other Departments to implement internal events and activities.
Diversify activities and benefits to increase satisfaction and experience for OCTOers.
Planning & implement internal bonding programs and events such as team building, international holidays, and CIMB’s anniversary, ...
Develop a consistent internal communication channel and increase internal interaction.
Write content and design banners, and pictures in platforms (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint) to create job postings and proposals, engagement activities, and news boards.
Be responsible for internal communication about activities/events to engage team members such as Company Events, Engagement activities, Employee Appreciation Day, Happy- Funny Day,…
Learning & Development:
Monitor each employee&039;s annual training attendance and e- learning status.
Manage all users Vietnam and e- learning courses in the system, and renew the course yearly.
Send new hire&039;s information to Group Human Resources in Malaysia to create a new account for them to learn the mandatory online training program during the new employee&039;s probationary period.
C. OperationsSupport monthly Payroll:
• Gather and check payroll data like working days, overtime, and incentives with internal before sending to a third party for proceeding with payroll.
• Assist checking, making in the result of annual year- end review cycle: 13th month salary, Performance of Outsourced staff.
Managing annual headcount and budget planning by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances.
Update internal databases with new hire information.
Develop training and onboarding material when required.
Employee Relations:
Proactively seek understanding of retention/engagement issues and propose solutions to manage retention and support retention better in in- charge divisions.
Performs other duties when assigned by Manager.
Supervise or deliver employee relations activities and specific communication to employees in department, including discipline consultation.
Based on agreement with in- charge management leadership, deliver regular (weekly/monthly) HR reporting covering headcount overview, recruitment status, attrition management, in- out employees, exit interviews, share findings and propose corrective actions when required.
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).
REQUIREMENTS
Can start immediately.
Bachelor&039;s Degree or above related to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 6 months – 1 year of HR working experience including in talent acquisition and HR operations.
(Fresh graduates in any discipline are strongly encouraged to apply as intensive training will be provided.)
Familiar with local human resources related policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Mature, strong sense of confidentiality (ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion), reliable, customer orientation, exceptional collaboration skills, and sense of urgency.
Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
Hard- working, being responsible, and being willing to support team members and collaborate to achieve work goals.
Proactive with the ability to be innovative and drive things forward.

JD:
Ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to customers through accurate verification tasks, while maintaining compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Verify consumer credit applications in line with the Bank’s approved policies, and handle both internal and external customer enquiries, including follow- up on pending applications.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support the implementation of new products and system enhancements.

Process

Manage inbound calls, live chats (via Facebook, applications), and emails to effectively resolve customer requests, inquiries, and complaints.
Remain agile to system and service changes, and communicate policy, procedure, product feature, and customer campaign updates across the team.
Work closely with relevant departments to support the digitalization of the Contact Center, conduct testing, and gain in- depth knowledge of new products and processes.
Monitor the fraud detection system (VRM) and ensure prompt resolution of all cases, including blocking cards to prevent fraudulent transactions on credit and debit card accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Working time: 24/7 shift rotation from Monday- Sunday, 5 days/week , night shift required (4- 8 shifts/month)
Have about 1- 2 years of experience in customer care (prefer).
Master the processes and systems of the Customer Care Center.
Experience working with digital service channels such as live chat, email and social media customer care.
Good health and passion for customer support and service.
