Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
Analyse/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects.
Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings.
Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence.
Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors.
Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports.

Ability to work in a team- oriented environment.
Experience in credit operations or similar position
Knowledge of the processes, procedures, and systems
Relevant experience required.
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
