Responsibilities
· Generate
daily reports on Sales & Activities performance.
· Monitor and
analyze Sales Performance results.
· Provide
meeting minutes.
sales administrative support in relation to scheduling of meetings/writing
· Manage the
safekeeping and control of files during operation hours.
· In charge of
Lead data (distribute data to RM/TM, record and manage tracking file, send
report to relevant teams)
· Support for
Sales Contest/Campaign, other relevant activities.
· Design EDM/
letter for campaign.
· Other tasks
assigned by Sales Head
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
· 0- 2 years of relevant experience.
· Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
· Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
