[HCM] QUALITY DECLARATION INTERN

Check and provide feedback for departments, customers when there are any requirements regarding Quality Self Declaration, quality of product and label.
Maintain, review, and update the quality declaration for new product/ product with new packaging.
Play as the key contact to the third parties (supplier, laboratory, translation service, authority) to collect information, then complete the process of Quality Self Declaration registration.
Play as the key person to contact suppliers/factories to solve Non- conformity in workflow.
Prepare samples and process the product checking.
Work with relevant departments (warehouse, accountant, import & purchasing team…) to get information serving for register & checking QD for import shipment & payment.
Review and revise the sub- label & product label.
Other tasks are required by the line manager.
Source regulations relating to quality declaration, labelling, to update and apply.

Well knowledge of regulations relating to food & food, the criteria of testing products.
Undergraduate student in the food/ chemistry industry/ biotechnology/ biology.
Good translation, writing, and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
Careful, detailed, strict, high responsibility sense
Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office, searching for information on the internet
Good organization and time management skills.
Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and flexible
Hard- working, agile, good observation, analytical and problem- solving skills.
Working knowledge of office equipment
Multi- tasks with an active and good attitude.
Teamwork and independent working ability.
