At Antler Vietnam, we hold our Residency program once to twice a year. Typically, your responsibilities will fall into one of the two key responsibilities below, but not limited to, based on the seasonality nature of Antler’s Residency program and the specific demands of our operations.
As a Scouting/Program Intern, you will support various tasks within the end- to- end execution of the Antler program- including supporting design and execution, helping manage the relevant Antler resources, and partake in deep interactions with our founders, portfolio companies, and advisors. Successful development and graduation of our cohorts are critical to our success, both in Vietnam and globally.

📝 Responsibilities
Support the screening and interviewing processes, take ownership of our pipelines and infrastructure to effectively source, engage, and secure top- tier founders and startups.
Assist in executing the founder scouting process for Antler’s Vietnam Residency.
Manage pre- residency founder communications and coordinate logistics for networking events and other activities.
Act as a professional ambassador for Antler, maintaining high communication standards with potential founders.
Residency Program: during the 10- week Residency
Report directly to the Program Lead and also work closely with the rest of the Antler team, including interactions with founders, partners and advisors.
Other administrative and operational tasks are associated with this role&039;s varied nature.
Capture, analyse, and present data to assess business models, startup teams, and market opportunities.
Support the Program team to blueprint, assemble and manage the operations of the residency, aiming at the best experience possible for our entrepreneurs
Help run our cohorts by managing the day- to- day founder communication, operations, and logistics.

Entrepreneurial, independent, and proactive; with the ability to get things done properly.
Based in Vietnam for the duration of the internship.
Exquisite interpersonal skills.
Commitment to a full- time role for a 6- month internship period.
Comfortable with quick changes, tight deadlines, and moving targets.
🧬 Personal Attributes
Expertise in Google G- suite, particularly in drafting dynamic presentations with Google Slides and utilizing Google Sheets, is desirable
Able to work independently and in a team as the situation demands.
Detail- oriented, open- minded, results- driven, multi- tasking, self- motivated & time management skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Entrepreneurial experience, having worked in a small or early- stage company is a big plus.
Strong interest in the VC and startup ecosystem.
