[HCM] Sàn Thương Mại Điện Tử Shopee Tuyển Dụng Procurement Support Junior Associate - Operations Full-time 2024

Work closely with specific departments for generating purchase orders in internal system and submit these orders to seek for approval from the purchasing manager.
Receive requests from business team and make purchase orders accordingly in Shopee app.
Work with Regional and other teams to update new regulations governing procurement activities.
Follow- up on time deliveries and inform internal clients of expected delivery times and purchase order status.
Establish and maintain documents and records in appropriate files.
Ensure that purchases are recorded accurately in the system at the time of request.
Support team lead in reviewing and improving Procurement SOP and guidelines.
Work with team members and procurement manager to complete other duties as needed.

Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems is a plus.
Goal- oriented, organized team player.
Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Accurate and precise attention to detail.
