JOB DESCRIPTION
Content creation: Develop creative and engaging content for livestreams, including demonstrations, interviews, and behind- the- scenes glimpses.
Community building: Interact with viewers during livestreams, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
Craft delicious coffee: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages to Sáp Coffee standards.
Engage with customers: Provide excellent online customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Host livestreams: Conduct engaging livestreams on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Shopee, showcasing Sáp Coffee&039;s products, atmosphere, and brand.
Maintain cleanliness: Ensure the coffee bar and surrounding areas are clean and organized.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for coffee: A genuine interest in coffee and a desire to learn more.
English proficiency: Basic English communication skills are a plus.
Excellent communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Vietnamese proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese.
Barista experience: Previous experience as a barista is preferred, but not required.
Livestreaming skills: Comfortable and engaging on camera, with experience in livestreaming or creating video content.
