HCM - Senior Marketing Executive

JOB BRIEF:
- As Level Senior Marketing, you are fully responsible for the end- to- end marketing function of the business; oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy and ultimately generate sustainable growth.

Results for this position are measured
- In gross profits growth and your ability to drive sales with few price incentives
- In Year on year growth
- In revenue growth in absolute dollar amount
- In return on Investment of the marketing budget
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Based on that strategy, you will then be responsible for defining sets different tactics to experiment and set goals and budget
- You will be responsible for providing the required material and information needed by the execution team in order to reach the common goals
- You will brief the execution teams about the plans and ensure goals are understood and teams are aligned
- Based on the success and failure of activities, you will adjust your plans accordingly based on data
- You are responsible for creating a marketing strategy to reach the above goals
- You will be responsible for all communications with principal brands and operations team.
- Coordinate at each step of the execution that the tactics are implemented according to plan, initiate corrective actions if necessary

- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI
- Minimum Bachelor&039;s Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Digital mindset
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
- Minimum Bachelor&039;s Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in creating marketing strategies for consumer products is a must
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing and branding. Experience in Fashion retail is a plus
