HCM - Service Trainer/ Nhân Viên Đào Tạo Dịch Vụ

The Service Trainer (Đào tạo kỹ năng Dịch vụ) is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip service representatives with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service. This role ensures a consistent and high- quality service experience for all customers.
60% of the trainer&039;s time will be dedicated to:

Allocating a minimum of 80 to 100 hours per month for training and coaching
Conducting monthly training programs on sales processes and fixed service standards.
Conducting store visit audits and providing direct coaching to store staff.
Delivering brand- specific training programs.

40% of the trainer&039;s time will be dedicated to:

Creating e- learning training modules.
Reviewing and localizing training programs.
Developing new training programs.
Compiling and sending training, store visit, and coaching reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting training, preferably in the Retail/Beauty industry.
Vibrant and outgoing personality with a great sense of personal style
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
Strong customer focus.
Proactive, independent, and detail- oriented.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
